No Rom Linking

Absolutely no Rom Linking, regardless of the situation whether the hacker needs them, you may not link to download of any Rom, or give any other method in downloading a Rom. If done for the first time the link will be removed and will include 1 week suspension.

No Emulator Linking

^ It says it all no Emulator Linking, or discuss on how to get them.
